AN ECLECTIC SHOW.

THE TEMPUS'S HOUSE.

Tempus is a latin word meaning time, but Tempus is also the name of a watches brand  produced by  the Tempus House, house that born in Italy, on the post-war era, inheriting the dedication and meticulous work of Alessandro Signori, a renowned artisan italian from a town near Milan.

Alessandro practiced alchemy with great skill and such was his reputation that this came to the ears of king Humberto I, who immediately commissioned him to do the mission all the locks of royal treasures.

The environment, like the art that the Etruscans left in Tuscan land, served as inspiration to Alessandro to commit to give to the Tempus House the values aesthetics and innovation plus a high component of accuracy and reliability which remain the basis in the development of this brand. So, the Tempus  Watches are for those who want to carry on your wrist more than a watch, an accessory that holds within it, the memory of a King.

  • You can see all details and more information about of the last Tempus Watches 2014 collection on the following website: Tempus Watches.

MY RED CHINA

  • Fashion

  • The prints range from small tribal designs of plastic finishes and Korean suns with my last name Miranda in Chinese to imperial dragons with metallic finishing.

                                 My Red
    China
  • Introduction the latest  swimwear collection of designer John Miranda, inspired by the Far East.

The century can not end, without 'succumbing' to the air of the East: a fashion sensual and provocative, with black and red as backdrop. In my collection of swimsuits for 2000 I took as inspiration the decline of Chinese brothels and the original style of opium smokers, giving as resulting an exquisite extravaganza, where the Kitsch and maximum sophistication are mixed.

  • As for colors, the carmine red, yellow wheat and black are the colors season.

  • The effects of bright shades over matte textures are the latest fashion. For men, the trend is dominated by the solid finishes and monochromatic clothing.

  • Versatility is also important in swimwear. Is achieved when the garments are interchangeable, and who will use them can find their favorite look and achieve a different look, always.

  • For Bras, the moment proposal is the rods, whole exposed, pagoda style. The contrasting forms and exaggerated, are in wrath:  width Bra and mini panty.

IL MIO FIGURINO DI MODA...

  • Asymmetrical cocktail dress from my 'Melt' collection, inspired in the glacier melting.

There are some differences between a 'figurino' or fashion sketch, and a fashion illustration. An figurino or fashion sketch, show us a clear-cut idea of any design, with details and the real proportions, that a professional pattern maker can read without almost any explication, from the designer, to start making a professional  pattern. But, a Fashion illustration,  instead of that, show us an general idea about of a fashion trend, silhouettes, colors, textures and accessories, but without enter in technical details.

  • My Moon dress.

  • Cocktail dress from my ‘Melt’ collection.

I have been teaching figurino or fashion sketch as well as the fashion design, for more than 15 years and I love it, but I like the more when I do it realizing my own creations. It is a magic moment when yourself can see your own thoughts materialized in graphic form on paper.

  • A second version of the same idea, with the same bustier but only one panel of skirt.

  • To Alba Zuluaga's wedding dress (2006) the inspiration was herself.

  • Evening gown from my 'Melt' collection.

“To me, a 'figurino', or fashion sketch is more than a quick sketch to give an idea of the design or to show a fashion trend, it is my personal hallmark that shows the essence of my spirit of fashion "... John Miranda.
